Fusion Flame Outdoor Kitchen

The Fusion Flame is a complete outdoor kitchen rather than a grill with counters around it. Cooking, cold storage, prep space, waste and power are all built in, under a roof that lets you use it in the rain.

The grill

A 38-inch, 5-burner grill in 304 stainless steel with 846 square inches of cooking area and 72,000 BTUs. It includes a warming rack, flame tamers, a dedicated sear zone, and an infrared rotisserie for slow roasting. A weatherproof cover is included. Runs on propane — the tank stows in the cabinet below.

The refrigerator

Outdoor-rated 304 stainless steel, built to keep working in ambient temperatures above 100°F, which ordinary indoor fridges will not. 23-inch design, 5.3 cubic feet, single-zone with three storage layers and an LED interior light. Holds around 180 cans.

Prep, storage and waste

Over 6 linear feet of food-grade stainless countertop — 13.3 square feet in total, easy to clean and unaffected by heat or weather. Below it, a five-door cabinet run with adjustable shelving, a utensil drawer, and soft-close hardware throughout. A 15-inch trash bin slides away out of sight, holding up to 7 gallons on a 100-pound capacity slide. Behind the prep area, a slatted privacy wall carries two shelves and a movable paper towel holder.

Power

The patented PowerPort™ mounts to any post with three electrical outlets and three USB ports. A power source isn’t included.

Structure and materials

100% black powder-coated galvanized steel throughout — posts, cabinets and frame — with a wood-grain finish applied to the beam and privacy wall for warmth. This is a steel structure, not a timber one. The full-coverage galvanized steel roof is Pro-Tect™ tested to withstand up to 2,100 lbs of snow load — roughly 30 inches — and winds up to 100 mph, provided it’s anchored exactly as the manual specifies.

Assembly

Every piece arrives pre-fabricated, pre-drilled and powder-coated, with a printed instruction manual in the box.

5 years covering 100% of parts, structure and appliances.

Before you buy

The refrigerator requires a dedicated, GFCI-protected outdoor electrical circuit. No power source is supplied with the unit, and running one is a job for a licensed electrician. Budget for it before you order. The grill requires a standard propane tank, sold separately.
