Where We Deliver

We deliver to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.

Shipping Cost

Free. Freight delivery is included in the price of every product — no minimum order, no regional surcharges.

Free Assembly

Assembly is included free of charge with every order, anywhere in the contiguous US. Most retailers charge several hundred dollars for this service. We don’t.

How Your Order Ships

Our products are large outdoor structures weighing between 120 and 1,250 lbs, shipped in 2 to 8 cartons depending on the model. They travel by LTL freight carrier — not by UPS, FedEx or USPS.

This means delivery works differently from a standard parcel order. Please read the sections below before ordering.

What Happens After You Order

Within 5 business days, we’ll call you to:

  1. Confirm your delivery address and contact details
  2. Schedule your delivery and assembly appointment
  3. Confirm that your site is level, accessible and ready for installation

Please make sure the phone number on your order is one you answer. We typically attempt contact two or three times.

Delivery & Assembly Timeframe

Handling time: 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery and assembly: 13–22 business days after that.

Total: 15–25 business days from order to a fully assembled structure in your yard.

During spring and early summer — our busiest period — scheduling in some regions may extend to 30–40 business days. We’ll give you the earliest available date when we call.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Freight schedules and installation availability are affected by weather, carrier capacity and seasonal demand.

Holding Your Order

We schedule assembly on the soonest available date. If you ask us to hold your order more than 10 business days beyond the date we offer, we can’t guarantee that slot will remain available, and your appointment may be moved back to accommodate other customers.

On Assembly Day

Someone aged 18 or over must be present throughout.

Our team will:

  • Deliver and unload all cartons
  • Move them to your chosen site
  • Assemble the structure in full
  • Anchor it as specified by the manufacturer
  • Break down and remove all packaging

Assembly usually takes a single day. Larger structures — outdoor kitchens, large pergolas — may require two.

Before we arrive, please make sure:

  • Your chosen site is reasonably level and clear of obstructions
  • There is access for our vehicle and crew
  • Any permits or HOA approvals required by your town are in place

Not included: ground preparation such as levelling, laying a concrete pad, tree or stump removal, or dismantling an existing structure. If your site needs preparation, we’ll tell you when we call so you have time to arrange it.

If our team arrives and the site isn’t ready, or nobody aged 18 or over is present, we’ll need to reschedule. A return visit may be subject to a fee.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Our team inspects every component during assembly, so most issues are identified and resolved on the spot.

Order Updates

You’ll receive email confirmation at each stage — order received, shipment dispatched, and assembly appointment confirmed. If you haven’t heard from us within 7 business days of ordering, please get in touch.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests made before your shipment leaves the warehouse.

Once a shipment has dispatched, changes may not be possible and the order may need to follow our returns process. Address changes after dispatch are subject to carrier reconsignment fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Permits and HOA Approval

Obtaining any permits or homeowners’ association approvals required in your area is the customer’s responsibility. This applies particularly to wall-mounted structures, which attach permanently to your house and often require a building permit.

Please confirm before ordering — we cannot refund freight and installation costs on an order that can’t be installed due to local restrictions.

Multiple Addresses

We can’t ship one order to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each delivery location.
