Sweetwater Heights Elevated Playhouse

The Sweetwater Heights raises the playhouse off the ground — which is the whole idea. You get a clubhouse with a wrap-around deck and a slide, in a footprint that fits a yard where a full swing set won’t.

The finish is what makes it unusual: a refined white stain with black trim, closer to a garden building than to typical playground equipment. Stain saturation and colour vary naturally between units.

Inside

A play kitchen with a toy stovetop, a battery-powered blender, a built-in sink and accessories. There’s a dinner bell and a working half door — the kind of detail that turns a structure into a place. Large windows let in light and air, and let you see in from the house.

Getting up and down

A wide flat-step ladder makes the climb manageable for younger children. The 6-foot wave slide with high side rails is the way back down.

The space underneath

Open and shaded. Most families turn it into a sandbox or use it for toy storage — it’s yours to decide.

A detail parents like

There’s a built-in growth board on the structure, so you can mark heights over the years. It’s the part that makes the playhouse worth keeping after they’ve outgrown it.

100% cedar, which resists rot and decay outdoors. Engineered to meet or exceed ASTM standards F1148-22 and F963. Designed for residential use only.
